Our Annual Delegate's Meeting will be held on 9 November 2024. Location and time will be published later this week.

We will also publish a draft agenda with topics from your Executive Board and our Handicapping Boards this week. If membership want your Delegates to submit topics for discussion, you need to get them to your Delegates who will submit the topic writeup and title to our acting secretary (me) by 15 Oct 2024.

After receiving Delegate topics we will publish the final agenda on 17 Oct so that our membership can review the discussion topics and tell their Delegates how they want Delegates to vote on the subject.

After the meeting, we will be publishing the meeting minutes including discussions and voted decisions.

It's been a great year for PHRF. Our membership is growing. We are setting up for an even better year next year!
